COLORADO SPRINGS, CO : Person in critical condition following crash at Airport and South Academy on Tuesday, 12th September 2023

The Colorado Springs Fire Department and the Colorado Springs Police Department were on the scene of a traffic accident near Airport Rd. and S. Academy Blvd. It happened around 11:30 a.m.
According to the fire department, one person was trapped following the crash. The department also says that one person was in critical condition and was being taken to the hospital. At this time, it is unclear whether this person was the same person who was trapped.
