Wareham , MA : one man was injured and arrested after a drunk driving incident while pick-up truck with two flat tires on Friday , November 28th 2014

A man was arrested after a drunk driving incident in Wareham. Police said Joal Cardoza side-swiped a car and left the scene. Police found Cardoza a few miles down in a pick-up truck with two flat tires. The driver of the car that was struck was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
