CANTON, ME : Motorcyclist dies in Canton crash on Monday, 4th March 2024

A man from Leeds who was traveling on a motorcycle has died after apparently being hit by a car in the town of Canton.

Deputies with the Oxford County Sheriff's Office responded to a call about a crash involving a car and a motorcycle shortly after 5 p.m. Monday in the area of Turner Street, also known as Route 108, according to a news release issued Tuesday by the sheriff's office.
