BRASHEAR, MO : Minor injuries in two-vehicle crash near Brashear on Tuesday, 6th November 2018

A Hurdland man suffered minor injuries in a two-car crash a half mile northeast of Brashear.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that Larry N. Caldwell, 75, Hurdland was driving north on Clemson Way at 4:10 p.m. when his 2014 GMC Sierra was struck by a 2000 Mercury Sable driven west by Garrett B. Housman, 16, of Brashear. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.

Investigators said Housman entered a controlled intersection, striking Caldwell's vehicle.

Caldwell was taken by Adair County Ambulance to Northeast Regional Medical Center.

There was moderate damage to the Sable and minor damage to the Sierra.
