Floral City , FL : Two Persons Killed after Head on Collision near Noth Florida County Road on Friday afternoon , December 26th 2014

Authorities say two men are dead following a head-on collision on a north Florida country road.

The Florida Highway Patrol reports that 31-year-old Bradley D. Schroth was driving his pick-up truck near Floral City in Citrus County Friday afternoon when he lost control and swerved into the oncoming lane. Officials say 35-year-old Eric D. Williams tried to swerve his car out of the way, but the two vehicles crashed into each other.

Neither man was wearing a seat belt. Both died at the scene.

According to an FHP report, alcohol did not appear to be a factor
