Norwood, OH : Police chase ends with car crashing into side of Bond Hill home on Sunday night, January 4, 2015

A driver crashed into the corner of a house in Bond Hill Sunday night after fleeing the scene of a traffic stop in Norwood.

Norwood police say officers attempted to stop what they believed was a stolen car but the driver wouldn’t pull over and sped off.

After leading officers on a brief vehicle chase, the driver ended up crashing into the side of a house near the intersection of Phantom and Lawn avenues. The home suffered damage to the rail along a pathway.

Investigators say the suspect ran away on foot.

Police used K9 units to help track down the suspect. However, they were unable to find the suspect.
