Semi-truck crashes into center divide on Interstate 5 near Camp Pendleton

One person was injured after a semi-truck crashed into the center divide near Camp Pendleton.
The crash occurred at about 9:30 p.m. Monday on northbound Interstate 5 near the Aliso Creek rest area. The truck's driver had to be extricated from the wreckage and was airlifted to a local hospital to be treated.Multiple lanes were blocked, causing traffic to be backed up for miles.
