JACKSONVILLE, FL : Woman dead after two vehicles hit her in Northwest Jacksonville hit-and-run police on Wednesday, 8th November 2023

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is currently looking for two vehicles after a woman in her mid-60s was killed in a hit-and-run incident that took place in Northwest Jacksonville Wednesday night.

JSO's Sergeant Hungerford says at approximately 11 p.m. on Wednesday, the unidentified woman was hit in the 5600 block of Avenue B, two blocks south of Edgewood Avenue. He says a dark-colored SUV and a white Chevrolet sedan, possibly an Aveo, fled the scene westbound on Edgewood Avenue.
