Las Vegas, NV : Motorcyclist killed in crash in west valley on Wednesday, March 29, 2017

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash with another vehicle today in the west valley, according to Metro Police.

The wreck happened about noon near Durango Drive and Flamingo Road. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital in critical condition and later pronounced dead, police said.

Westbound Flamingo was shut down while Metro’s fatal detail investigated, and police advised motorists to avoid the area.

Further details were not immediately.
