Tucson, AZ : Two teens killed, man injured in 3-car crash near Davis-Monthan Air Force Base on Saturday morning, May 14, 2016

Two teens have been killed and a man was injured in a three-car collision near Davis-Monthan Air Force Base.

Tucson police say 18-year-old Travis Childress, who was driving, was killed at the scene and his 16-year-old passenger Madisyn Bertsch died at the hospital after the crash Saturday morning.

A 34-year-old male driver was also transported to Banner-University Medical Center Tucson with serious injuries. A 61-year-old male driver of the third vehicle was not injured.

Police say Childress crossed over a median and began driving east in the westbound lanes when he struck the 34-year-old's car, causing it to roll and hit the third vehicle.

Police say speed does not appear to be a factor in the collision and that all involved were wearing seatbelts.
