Warwick, R.I : One person died, one injured after SUV rolls over on I-95 in Warwick on Sunday, Nov 15, 2015

A North Kingstown man involved in what state police are calling a road rage incident has died after his vehicle rolled over on Interstate 95 in Warwick.

Witnesses told police that an SUV driven by 58-year-old Steven Peligian appeared to be either racing on involved in a road rage incident with another SUV with New York registration plates at about 7:15 p.m. Sunday.

The vehicles did not make contact, but the actions of the other driver may have caused Peligian to lose control.

Peligian, who was not wearing a seat belt, was ejected and died at the hospital. His passenger suffered injuries not considered life-threatening.

Police are searching for the other vehicle.
