TROY, NY : ATV operator pleads guilty in crash that injured trooper on Friday, 31st May 2024

A Rensselaer County man, who dragged a New York State Police trooper with his ATV, has pleaded guilty. Joseph Dominy, 19, was charged with assault.

The Rensselaer County District Attorney’s Office said Dominy was illegally driving an ATV on Johnny Cake Lane in Sand Lake in March. When troopers tried to stop him, he sped away.
