Midland, MI : Injury accidents 2-8 on Tuesday, February 7th 2017

South Eight Mile Road and West Miller Road — Driver Amber Lynn Hammond, 26, Midland, was hurt when the vehicle she was driving went into a ditch. She did not seek treatment. Hammond was cited for violation of the basic speed law.
Thursday, Feb. 2
West Saginaw Road near North Eight Mile Road — Driver Roselyn Adele Nekervis, 56, Midland, was hurt when the vehicle she was driving went off the roadway, into a ditch, struck a culvert, went airborne, struck a second culvert, spun and came to rest on the passenger side. Nekervis was trapped, and was extricated by the Jerome Township Fire Department. She was taken to the MidMichigan Medical Center-Midland for treatment.
