Medinah ,IL : Mailboxes demolished and no injure reported after hit and run crash by driver in the area of 16 Hillcrest Drive on Sunday morning ,March 15th 2015

Rapid City Police are asking for the public's help to identify a large vehicle they say damaged several community mailboxes on Hillcrest Drive over the weekend.

The damage was discovered around 8 a.m. Sunday in the area of 16 Hillcrest Drive, according to Brendyn Medina, Rapid City Police Department spokesman.

Several of the the mailboxes were knocked over, and the damage exceeds $1,000, according to Medina. It appears that a large vehicle caused the damage.
