Menomonee Falls, Wi : Three people injured after police chase ends in Menomonee Falls on Friday morning July 25th 2014

A police chase and crash has closes a busy intersection in Menomonee Falls Friday morning.

Police closed off Lily and Mill roads after a 2-vehicle crash.

According to witnesses, an SUV being pursued by police crashed into a van in the intersection around 7:15 a.m. Friday.

Milwaukee police said officers pulled over the Suburban after being identified in a pair of early morning armed robberies. Police said the driver of the SUV, a 34-year-old Milwaukee man, surrendered after being pulled over. As the arrest was occurring, a passenger slid over and drove off in the Suburban.

The 24-year-old Minnesota man driving the SUV then crashed into a white van in the intersection.

Two occupants of the van were taken to the hospital for observation. The Minnesota man was also taken to an area hospital with unknown injuries.
