Bladen County, NC : Eight children injured in fatal crash Bladen County on Monday December 7 2015

Highway Patrol troopers charged the driver of a church van that crashed in Bladen County Monday morning.
According to Sgt. Michael Baker, the van driver by Ashlee Anderson, 32, of Fayetteville, traveled off the road to the right and struck a ditch, a concrete driveway, and then another ditch.
Anderson reportedly told troopers the vehicle hydroplaned on standing water. She was charged with failure to maintain lane control following the wreck, which sent her and eight children to the hospital. Baker said there were no life-threatening injuries.
According to Emergency Services Director Bradley Kinlaw, the crash happened along Highway 87 in East Arcadia at around 10:20 a.m.
Emergency crews from Riegelwood assisted Bladen County officials with the incident.
