San Tan Valley ,AZ : One Pedestrian killed and Part of eastbound Hunt Highway closed after car collided on Thursday Morning ,March 12th 2015

Part of eastbound Hunt Highway is closed after a car hit and killed a pedestrian on Thursday morning.

Pinal County Sheriff's deputies say a car collided with a pedestrian on Hunt highway near Tumbling River.

The pedestrian was taken to a hospital where they were declared dead.

Deputies are investigating, but say no impairment is suspected at this time.

Eastbound Hunt Highway is expected to be closed from Gary to Tumbling River Road for several hours.
