BOYNTON BEACH, FL : FHP IDs woman, 29, dead after I-95 crash near Boynton on Friday, 27th December, 2019

A 29-year-old Lake Park woman described by family and friends as “a humble soul” died early Friday in a crash along the shoulder of Interstate 95, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The driver who hit Roxene M. Foster has had multiple traffic infractions this year, including another wreck on the interstate near the site of Friday’s crash, court records indicate.

Foster’s Facebook page was filled Friday afternoon with remembrances from friends and family, including a post that said the onetime Palm Beach Lakes High School student was “such a beautiful, bright shining star.”
