Fulton County, OH : One person killed at intersection of US 20 and County Road 23 on Wednesday morning ,August 19th 2015

A 35-year-old man is dead following a crash Wednesday morning in Fulton County, according to Ohio State Highway Patrol.

The crash happened on US-20 (Central Avenue) at County Road 23 near Fayette, just north of Wauseon. The vehicles involved were a Honda and Chevy Impala.

Two people were involved in the crash - Timothy Barton, 61, and Michael Neuenschwander, 35. Police say Barton was heading south on County Road 23 and ran a stop sign hitting Neuenshwander.

Barton was life-flighted from the scene to the Toledo Hospital. Reports say he has a broken arm.

Neuenschwander died on the scene.

Officers with the State Highway Patrol say Neuenshwander had the right of way and slammed into the Honda at the intersection of US 20 and County Road 23.
