Two women were injured in a two-car crash in Kingston Twp. on Thursday morning, according to township police Chief Michael Moravec. The accident happened about 9:15 a.m. at the intersection of state Route 309 and Franklin Street, Moravec said. Both cars involved were Toyota Camrys, he said. The driver of one of the Camrys attempted to turn left from Route 309 South onto Franklin Street, and collided with a Camry that was traveling north on Route 309, he said. One of the drivers was confined and needed assistance to get out of her vehicle, according to Moravec. Both drivers were taken to area hospitals for treatment, but no word on their medical conditions was available as of late Thursday afternoon, the chief said.
