HENRY COUNTY, MI : 1 killed, 1 seriously injured in crash on State Route 110 west of County Road 7 in Harrison Township on Thursday, 10th January 2019

One person was killed and another seriously injured in a Henry County crash on Wednesday.
The crash happened on State Route 110 west of County Road 7 in Harrison Township around 7:50 p.m.
Police say 29-year-old Craig Greene of North Carolina was attempting to turn his semi around, with the semi blocking both east and westbound lanes of State Route 110.
An SUV driven by 57-year-old Sandra Crandall of Napoleon was eastbound on State Route 110 with 56-year-old passenger Laura Brown of Napoleon when the vehicle hit the semi and became partially lodged under the trailer.
Police say Crandall was pronounced dead at the scene, and Brown was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
