Jackson County, MI: Semitrailer rollover crash closes ramp to M-60 from eastbound I-94, police say on Wednesday, July 29th 2015

The M-60 exit ramp from eastbound I-94 was closed for several hours Wednesday morning after a semitrailer rolled while exiting the interstate, police said.Blackman-Leoni public safety Deputy Director Jon Johnston said the crash occurred at approximately 8:15 a.m. July 29 when the driver of a semitrailer carrying paper products lost control of the vehicle."He advised he was cutoff but it appears he misjudged the exit ramp and he took the turn too fast," Johnston said.Police said no other vehicles were involved in the crash and the driver, a Romulus man, was uninjured.The ramp was closed for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
