A child was injured in a solo vehicle crash Wednesday morning in the northbound lanes of the 215 Freeway near Fifth Street.
The rollover crash was first reported just before 6:30 a.m., according to California Highway Patrol dispatch.
A caller told the CHP dispatch center that a person may have been ejected from a gray Mercedes.
Two lanes were blocked and a SigAlert was issued for the area.
The child was bleeding from the head and transported to the hospital, according to a CHP dispatcher. That child’s condition is unknown.
The initial accident report was unclear how many other passengers were in the car or how the crash happened.
