Clark County, NV : DUI alleged in crash in Clark County Superior Court on Monday, 16th July 2018

A 39-year-old Orchards man who allegedly drove through a stop sign and T-boned another vehicle made an initial appearance Monday in Clark County Superior Court.

Bret Thomas McGuire appeared on suspicion of hit-and-run injury and driving under the influence.

Judge Daniel Stahnke set McGuire’s bail at $20,000. McGuire posted bond later in the day, court records show.

Shortly before 7 p.m. Friday, a Clark County sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Northeast 99th Street and 152nd Avenue for a report of a two-vehicle crash involving injuries, according to a probable cause affidavit. Firefighters were already on scene speaking to the driver of the vehicle that was T-boned.
