HAZELTON, ID : Man dies after two-vehicle crash near Hazelton on April, Sunday 9th 2017

A two-vehicle accident in Jerome County early Sunday morning killed one man and sent another to the hospital.

According to the Idaho State Police, Omar Ramirez Ortiz died at the scene of the crash on Frontage Road, east of the I-84 Hazelton exit. He was driving eastbound in a pickup truck at about 3:21 a.m. when his vehicle was struck by a westbound GMC Denali driven by Armando Cervantes Estrada, 34, of Hazelton, that had crossed the center line, the ISP said.
