Oil City, PA : Mercer County man dies in crash on Sunday, 20th May 2018

Mercer state police reported that a man died Sunday as the result of a crash on Hadley Road in Otter Creek Township, Mercer County.

Police said the driver, Harry R. Neal, 57, of Hadley, was traveling alone at midnight and was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.
