Rapid City,SD : Pine Ridge man identified in fatal crash south of Rapid City on February, Monday 19th 2018

A Pine Ridge man has been identified as the person who died Monday in a one-vehicle crash south of Rapid City. A 2007 Chrysler Town and County van was northbound on South Dakota Highway 79 near mile marker 72 when the driver, Hoksila Arapahoe, 18, lost control of the vehicle, which went through a wooden fence.
