CADDO PARISH, LA : 16-year-old killed in crash on La. Highway 1 on Friday, 23rd May 2024

The Caddo Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal crash that happened on Friday, May 24 on Louisiana Highway 1 at the Caddo-Bossier Port.

Officials say an 18-wheeler turning east onto Ron Bean Boulevard was struck by a Camaro traveling north on Highway 1. The driver of the Camaro, 16-year-old Cole Moore, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the 18-wheeler was not injured.
