Delaware State Police say a woman who was injured in a single-car crash in Seaford has died.

Troopers said in a news release that 32-year-old Jennifer L. Ayon of Seaford died Monday at Christiana Hospital, where she was taken after the Jan. 15 crash.

Police say Ayon was driving north on Greenbriar Road when her car crossed into the southbound lane, left the west edge of the road, hitting a ditch and a tree.

The crash is under investigation.
