Cleanup is underway after a car crashed into an office building in downtown, D.C. near the Dupont Circle Metro station Tuesday morning.
DC Fire and EMS rescue workers responded to the 1600 block of Connecticut Avenue, Northwest just after 2 a.m. for a reported crash at a multi-story office building. When they arrived, they found a car flipped on its hood, on the sidewalk after crashing through the ground floor glass window of a business called Cove. Google currently lists the business as temporarily closed, though it was known for being a rentable coworking space for contractors, small business owners or remote workers.
