CAMP CREEK, WV : Name of tractor-trailer driver in fatal I-77 crash released on Sunday, 14th October 2018

An investigation into a two-vehicle crash which took the lives of two people Oct. on Interstate 77 near Camp Creek was continuing, according to the West Virginia State Police.
Brooke Helmandollar, 25, and James Thompson III, both of Princeton, died as a result of the crash. A third person, Kristi Miller, 32, of Princeton, was listed in critical condition, according to Sgt. C.F. Kane of the West Virginia State Police Turnpike detachment.
The accident occurred when the driver of a northbound SDR Trucking tractor-trailer, Kenneth Hodges, 52, of Roxboro, NC, lost control of his vehicle, crossed the median, entered the southbound lanes and collided with a Subaru that was traveling southbound, Kane stated after the crash.
