MCGREGOR TWP, MN : Aitkin County crash injures Minneapolis woman on Saturday, 09th January 2021

A Minneapolis woman was injured when her vehicle went into the ditch Saturday, Jan. 9, in McGregor Township.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported Samara Nicole Palo, 20, was driving northbound on Highway 65 at Highway 210 just before 3:30 a.m. in her 2003 Honda CRV, when the vehicle traveled through the intersection and came to rest in a ditch.

Palo was transported to Riverwood Hospital in Aitkin via McGregor Ambulance, where she was treated for minor, non-life-threatening injuries. She was not wearing a seat belt, according to the state patrol.

The Aitkin County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
