Topsfield, MA : Deadly crash on Interstate 95 leads to manhunt, one suspect in custody on Friday, 28th July 2023

One man is dead, one man is in custody, and another man is on the run after a crash on Interstate 95 in Topsfield Friday afternoon, according to Massachusetts State Police.

Police said the incident started around 4:17 p.m. when a GMC SUV came to a sudden stop on the southbound side of I-95.

The Chevy Impala directly behind the SUV braked, veered left, and hit an Express Van in the left lane, causing the van to slide across a grass median and roll over.

Two of the four people in the van were ejected.
