Davidson , NC :One dead after reported shooting in Davidson on Tuesday , June 23rd 2015

One person was killed after a reported shooting in Davidson Tuesday evening. A large police presence responded to the situation, but officials have not said exactly what happened.Officers were called to the 400 block of Jetton Street, in between Central Park Circle and Park Drive, around 9 p.m. Medic confirmed that one person was pronounced dead at the scene.There was a vehicle at the scene that appeared to have struck a building.Officials have not released much information about the incident, but officers from at least three agencies responded.WBTV was there as officers from Huntersville, Davidson and Cornelius Police Departments roped off an area of several blocks with police tape. Several people at the scene were crying and yelling.WBTV has a crew at the scene working to gather additional information.
