Laconia, NH : Driver charged with aggravated DUI after crash in Laconia on Sunday morning, November 2, 2014

New Hampshire police say one passenger is dead and another critically injured after a crash in Laconia early Sunday morning. Laconia police say a Cadillac sedan travelling north on Parade Road at about 2 a.m. Sunday crossed the southbound lane and hit a tree, catapulting the car back onto the road. A passenger in the rear seat was pronounced dead at the scene and another is being treated at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center for what police say are life-threatening injuries. Police charged the driver of the car with felony aggravated driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Authorities have not released the identities of those involved in the crash.
