Killeen, TX : Rider injured in a Motorcycle crash early Thursday morning, February 23, 2017

An early morning motorcycle crash Thursday sent a man to Baylor Scott & White hospital with life-threatening injuries.
At 3:36 a.m., a Killeen police officer arrived on the scene of a motorcycle crash at the intersection of Lake Road and 38th Street, according to KPD spokeswoman Ofelia Miramontez.

A preliminary investigation revealed that a male rider was northbound on 38th Street when he collided with a curb, causing him to lose control of the motorcycle.
The rider was not wearing a helmet, police said.
No further information on the condition of the rider or his identity was provided.
