Attleboro, MA :South Attleboro man held after crash on Friday, July 10th 2015

A South Attleboro man was apprehended by police in Pawtucket following a rollover crash on Interstate 95 Friday, Massachusetts State Police said.Trooper Matthew Guarino said 29-year-old Daniel B. Pereira fled the scene after the 2007 Ford van he was allegedly driving rolled over on the ramp to exit 2A on the southbound side of the highway.Guarino said Pereira was the only person in the vehicle involved in the single-vehicle crash and also said the caller who reported the accident advised police that a male ran from the scene.The accident occurred around 9:52 p.m. The case remains under investigation. Information on charges was unavailable.
