DOUGLAS, AL : 2 Marshall County school buses crash on Friday, 1st March 2019

Douglas police confirm that two Marshall County School buses collided Thursday morning. A viewer photo showed minor damage to one bus.
Douglas Police tell WAFF 48 News that one bus was stopped to pick up a student when other busrear-ended it. State troopers confirmed that information later Thursday afternoon and told WAFF 48 News they were investigating the crash.
Douglas Police did not report any injuries at the scene but State Troopers later notified WAFF 48 News that there were, “12 possible injuries.” State Troopers said none of the “possible injuries” were transported from the scene by emergency personnel. Some parents did pick up their students from the scene, others were taken to school by a different bus.
The crash happened on Old Oneonta Road according to Douglas Police.
