North Las Vegas, NV : Man arrested for fatal North Las Vegas hit-and-run on Friday October 7 2016

North Las Vegas police have arrested a suspect who allegedly fled a deadly hit-and-run and then posted about his injuries on social media.

Authorities say Qaadir Issan Amin II was booked Friday into Clark County Detention Center.

It was not immediately known what charges he faces.
