BOYNTON BEACH, FL : Man, 20, dies in crash near Boynton Beach on Sunday, 9th February, 2020

A 20-year-old man died Sunday evening west of Boynton Beach when his car crossed into oncoming traffic and struck an SUV, authorities said.

Robert Graves III, who lived in suburban Boynton Beach, died at about 8:30 p.m. Sunday, according to a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office report.

Graves’ 2007 Ford Focus was northbound in an inside lane on Lyons Road, a little more than a mile north of Boynton Beach Boulevard, when the car veered left “for unknown reasons,” the report said.

It said the car crossed the raised median and went into southbound lanes, where it had “a violent collision” with a 2015 Infinity QX60.
