Odessa, TX : Four-vehicle collision reported on Faudree Road on Thursday, October 6th, 2016
Two motorists suffered minor injuries Thursday during a four-vehicle collision that snarled traffic at Faudree Road involving a mid-sized SUV that carried three children.
None of the children were reported hurt during the collision that was reported at Faudree Road and Highway 80 at 7:30 a.m. The driver of a 2004 Dodge Caravan, Jerimias Gonzalez, a 42-year-old Odessa resident, was heading west on Highway 80 when his vehicle collided with a gray 2012 Dodge 3500 pickup, the Odessa Police Department reported.
The driver of the Dodge truck, Damion Ramirez, a 41-year-old Odessa resident, was trying to turn left onto northbound Faudree Road from eastbound Highway 80. The impact of the collision caused Ramirez’s Dodge 3500 truck to collide into a Toyota Sequoia and a Ford F-250 truck that were both stopped at a traffic light facing south in the 2600 block of North Faudree Road, the OPD reported.
The 33-year-old driver of the Sequoia, Jennifer George, of Odessa, traveled with her 2-year-old son, 7-year-old son and 4-year-old daughter. None of them were reported hurt, the OPD reported.
The driver of the Ford F-250 truck, 31-year-old Patrick Reed, of Odessa, was not reported hurt. No citations have been issued as an investigation into the four-vehicle collision continued.
