URBANA, OH : Head-on crash in west Ohio kills 4, injures several others on Saturday, 7th August 2021

Four people were killed Saturday night when an SUV crossed the center of a highway and collided head-on with an oncoming vehicle, according to reports.

The four victims were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on U.S. 68 in Champaign County, sheriff’s officials tell WHIO Channel 7. At least five others were hospitalized with injuries, WHIO reports.

The crash occurred just after 7 p.m. Saturday about two miles outside of Urbana, the Dayton Daily News reports. The sheriff’s department tells the Daily News that a 2002 Suzuki SUV crossed the center line and hit a Toyota Highlander head-on.
