A Carthage woman suffered moderate injuries in a one-vehicle crash at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday on Missouri Highway 171, a mile east of Carterville in Jasper County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
Crystal L. Blevins, 39, was taken to Mercy Hospital Joplin.
She was driving an eastbound car that skidded off the road and struck a bridge before leaving the roadway and striking several trees, the patrol said.
