Shawano County, WI : Tractor, motorcycle drivers seriously injured in Shawano County crash on Tuesday, August 5, 2014

Two people were seriously injured in a three vehicle crash in Shawano County Tuesday night, officials said Wednesday. Operators of a farm tractor and trailer and motorcycle were seriously injured in the crash that also involved a passenger car about 8:51 p.m. on Highway 22 near Freeborn Road in the Town of Washington, according to a news release from the Shawano County Sheriff's Office. The passenger car appeared to have struck the tractor and trailer before the motorcycle entered the scene and crashed into the two vehicles, according to the release. The operator of the tractor was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital, and the motorcycle operator was taken to Shawano Medical Center and transferred by helicopter to St. Vincent's Hospital.
