Meridian, ID : 2 taken to hospital after rollover crash in the area of Ten Mile Road and Interstate 84 on Monday, 22nd July 2019

Two people were taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries Monday morning after a rollover crash in the area of Ten Mile Road and Interstate 84.

The crash occurred just before 7 a.m., according to Sgt. Matt Parsons of the Meridian Police Department. The driver of a Hyundai Veloster was traveling north on Ten Mile Road when the vehicle struck loose gravel, Parsons said. The car veered into a cement barrier in the road and then into oncoming traffic. There the Hyundai collided with a 2018 Chevrolet Silverado, Parsons said. Both drivers sustained injuries, but they were not life-threatening. The driver of the Hyundai was cited for the crash, Parsons said.
