Minden, NV : One person injured after two pickup trucks involved in a crash on U.S. 395 and Airport Road early Tuesday evening, December 22, 2015

One person was taken to a hospital with non life-threatening injuries after two pickup trucks were involved in a crash early Tuesday evening in Minden, according to authorities.

NHP confirmed that a crash was reported at about 5 p.m. Tuesday at U.S. 395 and Airport Road.

Details on the cause of the crash were not immediately available.

NHP dispatch said it involved Chevrolet and Nissan trucks.

One person was taken to Renown via Care Flight with injuries that included broken bones, according to NHP. He is expected to recover.
