LAS VEGAS, NV : Fatal crash closes roads for hours near I-15, US 95 in Las Vegas on Saturday, 13th July 2024

A fatal crash Saturday morning had a major Las Vegas roadway blocked for several hours.

Details are limited, but Nevada State Police confirmed that a fatal wreck closed roads at the I-15 and U.S. 95 interchange.

According to Trooper Shawn Haggstrom, spokesperson for NSP, the crash involved a box truck and a passenger car, with one fatality from the passenger car.

As of 2 p.m. Saturday, the roads had reopened.
