One person was seriously injured in a crash that involved two motorcycles, an SUV and a sedan on State Route 74 in the Santa Ana Mountains on Sunday.The crash was reported at 2:16 p.m. just south of Tenaja Truck Trail, according to the California Highway Patrol.
One person was seriously injured and was airlifted to a hospital, the Riverside County Fire Department said.
