BAZETTA, OH : Man charged in two-vehicle crash on Thursday, 27th December 2018
A Farmdale man was charged with causing an accident and driving without a valid license stemming from a two-vehicle crash Friday along state Route 5 in Bazetta.According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Joshua L. Holmes, 5661 Stoddard Hayes Road, Farmdale, was the driver of a vehicle that collided with another vehicle operated by Michael Haskett of Cortland, around 6 p.m. Friday on state Route 5 near a car dealership.
Additional charges may be filed against Holmes, pending toxicology results, according to the patrol.
The Tribune Chronicle initially reported Amy Haskett was the driver of one of the vehicles, based on information provided to the newspaper. She was the passenger in the car driven by her husband.
The Hasketts, as well as Holmes, were transported to Trumbull Regional Medical Center for injuries sustained in the crash.
