Lehigh Acres , FL : Driver of car was minorly Injured after red Mitsubishi Eclipse was approaching the intersection when the bus drove onto the car On Friday , January 23rd 2015

Florida Highway Patrol troopers are investigating a crash involving a bus in Lehigh Acres.

It happened on 7th Street and Hightower Avenue at around 7:40 p.m.

According to witnesses, a red Mitsubishi Eclipse was approaching the intersection when the bus drove onto the car. The bus driver attempted to back up and dragged the car for a short time. However, the bus was unable to drive off the car.

The driver of the car was able to escape with minor cuts on his arm.

The bus was privately-owned and had no lights.
